Position Overview:
Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in Yreka, CA to hire a full-time onsite Occupational Therapist. The OT will serve a K-12 caseload, supporting students in achieving their developmental, academic, and functional goals within the school environment.
Job Requirements:

Active California Occupational Therapy license

Previous school-based experience preferred

Ability to work collaboratively with educators and support staff
Job Duties:

Evaluate and provide therapy services to students per IEP requirements

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Document student progress and maintain required records

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting
